Jessie J

My guilty pleasure. Jessica Ellen Cornish AKA Jessie J.
The funny thing, as I suppose is the case with all these celebrities, is that I'm sure if I went to school with her is that I would have a serious dislike for the girl.
As it is, I really admire her. She co-wrote Party in the USA for Miley Cyrus (another of my guilty pleasures) and obviously has some talent. Jessie was born in Redbridge, which is just down the road from me, and went to Colins Performing Arts school (one of my "friends" acquaintances went there and apparently it's very good). The problem with arts schools is that they tend to be associated with overly conceited wannabe's. So in conclusion, I probably would have really disliked her because I can be rather judgemental when I want to be and have had poor experiences with people with 'artistic tendencies'.
Jessie J is a new experience for me, though, as normally I wouldn't listen to such 'chavy' tracks as "Do it like a dude", nor would I have any time for those who wear such provocative clothing. I'm no prude, but it just wouldn't normally appeal to me.
It turns out, however, that I really do like listening to her music. Also, I have watched some of her vlog videos on Youtube, and she seems lovely and down to earth :)
I might even buy her CD :O she would be privileged, I get new music now. Not from mainstream artists anyway...I'm more of a DFTBA records fan.

I think she sounds a little like P!NK in this ^
