Outfit? Check √ :)

I'm writing this in my college library, because I'm so cool ;)

So yesterday I realised that I was yet to get myself an outfit for expo which is just 3 days away :O
Not being one to fork out a lot of money on something which I might not wear very often I had a word with my friends :) Luckily I know such a variety of people that I was sure someone would have something I could borrow, I was not mistaken.
I found out that one of my friends is also going to expo. She was going to go as a pirate but it might be too hot so I'm not sure what she's going to wear now. Anyway she has kindly lent me her corset and a short tartan-y skirk. I wasn't sure if I was going to wear stockings or not but I figured  they might keep slipping down (not walking around East Ham at 5/6am in suspenders. Not happening lol!). So I thought I would treat myself. I bought a pair of tights for £12 which look like stockings but they aren't as revealing so I won't feel too bad. I mean I know lots of people do dress skimpily at expo but I'm not an exhibitionist lol :) Anyway, I was quite glad, because I went to this little shop in town called Pairs and found out that my friend works there. I looked and couldn't find what I wanted, and she couldn't find some either. So she asked her manager and she said that a box had just arrived, which was really awesome :) So for the first time in my life I was the first to buy something from a shop (that sounds wierd but I think you get what I mean).
The tights are awesome; they don't look quite as stocking-like on me as they do on the packet but I am much shorter so they don't stretch out as much. They are still good though, and they feel so soft!
Anyway, I have an outfit now. Not sure of what shoes I will wear but I have a pair which I wear for college quite often, with a heel and they have a zip down the back- I actually love them lol :)
I'm not sure how "Misa Amane" my 'costume' is but it's certainly different to what I normally wear so therefore I consider it a costume :D

P.s. I started watching Death note on Saturday...I'm on episode 20 now. It's so compelling!!
