I had such a wonderful New Year! Chris’s family had a mini party to see in 2013, and I had met almost everyone before, so that was really good. I finally met Chris’s best friend, who despite only living several doors down from Chris, I had never actually met him properly!
Chris has the cutest little cousin, Rose, who spent some time playing Mario Kart Wii with Chris, his friend and I. Rose and I were on a team together and beat the boys in the racing, although I’m fairly sure there was some cheating going on there ;)
New Years Resolutions
This year I have decided not to make any resolutions because, let’s face it, they are there as a method of trying to improve things you dislike about yourself and then as soon as you break the resolution you begin to hate yourself for it. Instead I have decided to stay on track with everything I am doing and just keep working hard at everything. My aims this year are to keep trying to get 2:1’s in everything, and to get some work experience, but I know that resolutions are not for me :)
