Harry Potter and the cinema trip :)

I went to Lakeside with Becca today to see the new Harry Potter. We have had it pplanned for ages but something always seemed to ccrop up and we’d never get round to it. But anyway, today we did :)
It was a 2D viewing supposed to start at 2.20 but at 2.45ish after sitting there with the lights still up and the screen blank, someone who you can only presume was a manager came in and apologised as they were having technical difficulties but not to worry as 3 people were in the projector room trying to sort it out. Before she had come in, I had planned to write a complaint letter, however she then she told us we would be issued with complimentary tickets when we left.
At roughly 3.10 she came back and said that they couldn’t get the 2D to work so they would hand out 3D glasses to use and try the 3D film instead – it worked!
So despite being there an hour longer than planned, it turned out to be a darn good bargain lol :) 3D for he cost of 2D and a complimentary ticket-WOO!
The film was pretty good too, although for obvious reasons I’m not going to say too much about it. I haven’t really followed harry and his friends as much as most people but all I’m going to say is that I’m going to say is that I’m glad I saw the last one, as when they say “part 1” and “part 2” they’re not lying! It follows straight on. Also, I finally got to find out if I had been lied to for all these years about the ening – I was pleased to find out I wasn’t :) And that’s all I’m gonna say.

We did have a nice day out which was lovely as it was certainly long awaited. The only downfall was that we didnt have much time to shop after finally getting out of the cinema because I had promised my mum I would be home for dinner (I always regret saying that lol!) and as it was, I didn’t get home til nearly 9 :|

I did, however, buy some awesome Wonderwoman girly boxers (my first ever pair – of girly boxers, not underwear in general lol!)
We also went to a posh bra shop ‘Boux Avenue’ I think it was called :) We went to try one on and the lady was extremely pleasant, I was told I had the “lace suite” and if I needed any assistance I should press the button and a consultant would be there immediately  I didn’t bother but Becca tested this theory and the woman was there in a shot! The lady measured and found her any other styles she wanted – it was charming (although I felt a little bit out of place when I walked in wearing shorts with tights, a Heroes “save the cheerleader change the world” t-shirt and 3D glasses perched aptly on my head lol :)

When I came home, my dad had bought me a Thor t-shirt based on the Marvel Comic which was nice as I love impromptu presents ;) The man in the shop apparently said they would have other characters tomorrow as they are only £3!! Hopefully they won’t have sold out by the time I get there, as I probably won’t get there til gone 6 :|

xx
