London Zoo!!

On Tuesday, Chris and I visited London Zoo. We wanted to go over summer, but thought that it would be much better to go before 1) the children break up from school, and 2) before the Olympics kick off. We managed to get 2 for 1 tickets, by buying train tickets there (if anyone hasn't tried it yet, then it's worth looking into despite the navigation on the site).
Chris' family all had requests of animal photographs which I though was rather amusing, so I ended up taking plenty of photos of the whole place!

I had such a wonderful time, as we saw everything there. My favourite part was the penguins, as there was a circular window which enable people to see into the water and watch them swim. It was well hidden though, which made it even better as it was nowhere near as busy as you would expect!

The insect section gave me the shivers a little, haha, but I expected that so it wasn't too bad :) I really enjoyed the whole day, but think that (other than the penguins, of course) I enjoyed the Africa zone, especially the zebras and giraffes! 

We will probably go back next year for another visit, as it was so good :)
